On our November 17th Leadership PUBLIC event, come hear Sebastian Altfeld talk about the similarities and differences between Mental Coaching and Sport Psychology and discuss them with him. If you are a Manager, Entrepreneur, Mental Coach or Sport Coach, this event will give you great insights into positive Leadership.

"A leader is one who knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way"

John C. Maxwell postulates what modern leaders in sport and business put into action. Examples like Jürgen Klopp (top German football manager), Pep Guardiola (top football manager Bayern München), or Mike Krzyzewski (top American College Basketball coach) create an environment where strong personalities work together for one goal on their personal highest level. But what are the keys of these modern leaders? And what impact does negative leadership have on athletes and employees? The presentation of sport psychologist Sebastian Altfeld highlights the modern leadership approach and describes new perspectives to achieve high performances. He will also discuss the impact of negative leadership which can lead to burnout.
